Constantly getting a message "There was a delay, please try again." Can't open anything, change passwords, profiles, contact info or anything else.

Another update. App doesn't work at all. Nothing loads. Just error message. Updating my review since it's been 3 years so plenty of time to fix the issues. Still have constant problems. I have time limits set for my kids but the app keeps pausing their access outside these limits when they are supposed to have access. I will have to go in and reset everything then a little while later all their devices are back paused again. It will kick them out mid-game when it pauses. Very frustrating.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
