Customer has no option to select. It's better customer can choose an option for bring a child under 1.35 m before they book a PHV. So that PHV driver is aware and won't accept it. Before the customer booked they can have a remark or an option if they bring with them. . A Child Under 1.35 m. Carrying a pet such as dog (prevent Muslim driver to accept it.)

Reported problems on Zig not rectified. Many teething issues after updating app. One example currently is when reached pickup location, cannot click "I've Arrived" to start trip, always have to refresh to activate Arrival or contact hotline to reset to start trip, after drop off also have to refresh to activate complete trip. Write in emails to CDG also no use, problem not sloved. The Zig team need to look at other ride hailing platform app to really improve their service support.

Job ringtone volume is extremely soft when installed on phones running Xiaomi HyperOS. However, ringtone volume will revert to normal when phone is set to silent mode. My previous phone running on MIUI 14 has no volume issue at all. Please check for bug.

Launching of the GPS is way too slow for driver. For example waze you have to click route which takes a bit of time to pop up the button and this can cause accident when we accept the job. Why can't the GPS like wase lauch automatically after accepting jobs? ERP still on manual is a joke. All other platforms already auto no need driver to manually add ERP before confirm payment. Start trip button sometimes forgotten to press and pax ask why got notification of waiting fee? CDG ur IT sux.

If the app developer sincerely wants improvements, do make it easier for users to provide feedback. The feedback link becomes a 'share app' link. The customers' / passenger app also doesn't allow feedback unless a trip job number is provided. Previous tried to feed back on Google and developer wants users to feedback via email with "evidence" references like screenshots and job numbers. Feedback should be simple and straightforward.
