I sent money using this, but I canceled right away because I need to unlock my bank account before sending. And it is canceled that was October 22, 2025. Today November 6, 2025, I still did not get my refund. It's almost a month now. This is freaking me out to be honest. I need my money. Almost a thousand is not a joke. I already called them twice, but they are telling me in 2 or 3 days. This is crazy. If who every read this review if I were you think 100 times before you use this app.

I have tried four times to send money with this app/service. Every time I do, I get "Attention required" as the status, and later it is cancelled. Their customer service is very good, but they can only do so much. The last CS rep I spoke with made a reference to the "terms of service", suggesting that maybe I was violating them. Violating them by trying to send money to a relative after verifying my identity? Ridiculous!
