The CEL-FI WAVE app allows you to easily set up and manage your CEL-FI Smart Signal Booster (sold separately).
The app does not work with any other manufacturer’s equipment. CEL-FI products supported by the app are CEL-FI CONNECT, CEL-FI GO, CEL-FI PRO, CEL-FI PRIME, CEL-FI ROAM, and CEL-FI SOLO.
WAVE features: - Register your booster (required by some network operators) - Monitor and optimize the booster’s performance - Troubleshoot any coverage issues - Update the booster software - External antenna aiming
The app can also be used to configure advanced settings (check the specific product), these include:
- Select a network operator to boost - Antenna settings - Bands to relay - Switch between Mobile and Stationary mode (GO G31 & GO G32)

Was going to give 2 stars rating. As this app just wouldn't do what it was required to. The app gets stuck on downloading settings, then time out, and ask if you need help with installing. Ok, I worked out why this was happening. The phone needs a service to set up. Why is the app trying to use Wi-Fi to set up it? It will fail every time with Wi-Fi turned on. Just turn your Wi-Fi off, and it's loads and setup farst every time. But I need Wi-Fi on for my android Auto to work.

Great to see how booster working. 4G performance was inconsistent until I also downloaded the wave app. The booster then followed my phone to boost the same frequency my mobile used to connect to tower. Booster only works on one frequency at a time. My phone usually picked lowest freq and booster picked highest. Also had phone using 4g and booster on 3g at times when mobile.

Device itself is great, the app on the other hand. It's slow to connect to device slow or non-responsive changing bands. Bugs out using split screen if the app uses Bluetooth as the mode to communicate to device it's got serious issues.

A special kind of idiot wrote this app. I was in a bad area where my Optus phone had slight signal, my Telstra phone had no signal. I tried to switch my Cel-Fi over to Optus but my phone could not communicate with the Cel-Fi, which was 2 feet away, because it had to go through the cloud - but couldn't connect to the cloud because no Telstra signal. Genius!!!

Since this new app and software update my celfi unit doesn't want to connect and boost signal. I work out at the mines and use my booster at the mining camp, so I could talk to my family in the privacy of my room. Now once again I can't just constantly flashes green. Followed the steps recommended to fix this but doesn't work and never had this problem before the update
