While I initially had difficulty setting my AT&T microcell up, caused by the QR code not calling up the serial number accurately, it was missing the last digit. Once I fixed it by adding the last digit which was written on a white label on the back of the microcell, the process worked fine through the app. The registration process to a few minutes and after about 5 minutes I have to unplug my unit wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Worked well after that

Solution. Cell booster just would not connect. Day after day. After experimentation.....my cell booster runs through a top-line Wi-Fi extender for my ATT pace router. I turned "off" DHCP or is it DCHP, whatever, anyway in under 20 seconds boom. Works. No issues. App still useless. It does not connect nor read status lights. But I can see the device. So I'll delete the app.

I'd like to say that since my previous review of this app and sending several emails to customer support listed on this app page Jeff from AT&T tech support reached out to me and was able to correct the issue with logging in to the Cell-Booster app. Without having to go through FISHNET which is not something the public can access. Thank you, Jeff, for addressing my concern and also for the many AT&T and FISHNET customer's that have been posting negative reviews for several years 😀

The only way to set up the cell booster is with this app and the app crashes as soon as I try to log in. It immediately crashes and tries to open the app page where it gives you the buttons to uninstall the app or open it. It's stuck in this loop. I tried clearing the cache even though I literally just installed the app, and it STILL won't open. ATT, do better. Have an online setup option or let us set up through the actual ATT app because this one doesn't work.

We have been trying for 14 years to get AT&T to build us a tower for our neighborhood, and instead they expect to rely on unreliable Wi-Fi calling or create equipment that is garbage if you lose internet or electricity, and you want to share your signal with the entire neighborhood because there is no access list like the 3G microcell had It's also not capable of 5G so what was the point in shutting down 3G if you're not enhancing 5G like you claim ill report you to FCC and BBB until I see a tower
