Poorly developed. Impossible to use same account between website and app ... website requires special chars (!@?) in password - whereas APP won't let you log in if have special chars (!@?) ... had to create new a/c just to use app ... ppl been reporting this since 2023 and still not fixed !?!?!!!

Poorly designed app. Don't register online before installing the app because programmers can be dumb about phone numbers. Also, the password schema is different for online - no special characters allowed. Silly, dumb impractical.

It asks to set the store location but won't accept any of the locations I have tried to select, and you can't access the card code unless you have a location selected... Seems like a pretty big design flaw to me fam.
