Chubby club is a complete scam, so I strongly advise everyone not to join its discount Chubby Club. After I signed up in the first year, they automatically charged me a membership fee in the second year. They later emailed me saying they would give me a refund credit for the membership fee, but after wasting a lot of my time, two months passed, and I still got no result. Their phone line is completely useless. A terrible membership company.

Receipts do not scan at the location. It only worked once out of three visits. Why not just automate this process and have the POS system linked to accounts via phone number when you dine in and pay? Scanning the receipt manually and only at the location imposes extra variables encouraging the user to fail, which begs the question... What's the point of this loyalty app then?
