Great app and they don't charge you for using it like pango do I charge you on two shekels just to use the service of automatically paying when you're parking for example

Cello is a really convenient and reliable app. I like how easy it is to start and stop parking without stress, and the reminders help me avoid unnecessary fines. The interface is simple, and I appreciate that I can manage everything quickly on my phone. It definitely makes parking more efficient and less time-consuming.

There's absolutely no way to stop receiving annoying, unnecessary SMS messages ("reminders") each time I pass through- (or even by-) a parking lot.

Awful, been charged for months on a service I didn't I was subscribed to, the worst part is that you can't even cancel it immediately via the app. I had to be gone through customer service for it and even than I had to wait 2 days for a phone call from a manager to cancel it. Should be illegal and someone should sue them for it. Don't use this app, find alternatives, there are plenty like Pango.

Edit: lie in reply to review. They charge extra commission that pango doesn't and claim it's not their choice. Like we can't compare the two side by side. ***** Had less coverage than pango. Had extra cost for each single parking that pango doesn't have. Worse UX than pango. Worse rep communications than pango Always trying to sell something to squeeze more money out. I basically have it because my wife has the car in pango, so it's a backup. But really, uninstall and use pango.

Really bad customer service. Be sure you want to use their service - you can't cancel the service in-app (that has a minimum monthly fee) and it takes two days for a representative to cancel it for you via phone call. Shameful and probably illegal.
