Its very easy and cons ice to pay for parking though it is frequently really full you can still easily navigate to find an open space even during events...sometimes.

I signed up for a monthly subscription, through the website, using Google's sign in. Well, the app doesn't have a way to sign in using Google and since my Gmail is on file, I can't preregister or use another account because I already purchased the subscription. Then, when I log in online, I get an error message instead of being able to manage my account. This was a major oversight and a mistake I hope they're correcting.

If there is no need to pay for parking when there is no event. The meters shouldn't be in use. We visited AZ in Jan 25 and didn't know we didn't need to pay. And we paid for parking. It tucked. Because we paid 2x. Once by the football arena and then we went to the mall and paid again. Only yo be told by staff, it was free, only needed to pay on event days. Wish there was some kind of sign stating that.

They overcharged me for a day I wasn't even at the parking spot, and it was a nightmare to get resolved and has not been resolved yet...
