Not a lot of choices in this area, however CentraCom does a passable job. Prices on the high side (lack of competition) and not many hardware or service options (so they can bill you for things you would normally diy). It is what it is. I've had to deal with worse.

After the app updated, it is unusable. Everything you click on is "There was a delay please try again." Our Wi-Fi has been giving out consistently the last little bit as well. Please fix the app, so we can at least know what is going on with our Wi-Fi speed

Terrible app. All it can do is allow certain devices on/offline at certain times. There's no port forwarding, no real advanced features. No real customization
