The app doesn't connect half the time. To control time limits is poorly designed. We expected a lot more from an internet provider to monitor their routers from an app that they provide.

Some nice features but a lot of features you should have control over are missing.

There are too many glitches in the app.... considering how much our bill increased when we had to upgrade it had been very disappointing not being able to use products we own and then have the app crash constantly.
