Loving the app so far. The only issue that I'm having is setting downtime and knowing which time zone it is using because it does not allow the Internet to resume after downtime.

VZ apps have very poor reliability/stability. This app is frequently unusable and its functions unavailable. In other words, don't rely on anything. What ever happened to the "Five 9's" standard for software reliability???

I just love this internet service. When I watch TV the pictures are so clear, and I don't have to wait for my shows to load up. I'm just looking loving this and my grandkids love it as well. Thank Verizon for this Wi-Fi service

Jason came to our home today to fix the mess that the others couldn't over the phone. The customer service overall is despicable. The inhome technician is the way to go. The customer shouldn't have to do your job, pay a ridiculous amount every month...for aggravation???

Inconsistent takes a long time to load, asks to sign in a lot, let's just say there are multiple problems. The app needs a lot of work.

I've contacted VZW support around 50+ times regarding my TERRIBLE "5G Home Internet". The app frequently disconnects during the VZW chat, forcing me to reconnect and resend a lot of the information that simply doesn't go through. I've REPEATEDLY argued the cause of the bad 5G service (it's the tower), but a YEAR LATER the 5G service AND the app have NOT been fixed, I've lost HUNDREDS of hours dealing with VZW support, AND I've lost a LOT of personal income (and my sanity) in the process! 🤬 FFS

Verizon won't allow installation on Android tablets even though it's the same OS. Draw your own conclusions regarding Verizon's motives. Second, in the app Verizon wants me to pay $90 per month for parental controls - something that USED to be available for free through the web interface with their router. Enough... I'm buying a third-party router with parental control
