Best experience I've had with a mobile/Wi-Fi company by far. My internet bill and cell phone bill are consolidated. I can also consolidate my streaming services which is very convenient, and I even get a couple of them for free. Paying my bill is easy and upgrades are just as easy. I was able to come in with an S23 and after a year I have the new s24 ultra. I highly recommend. Update: im iPhone 18 ready It's been 3 years. My opinion has not altered. I highly recommend in 2026.

They always work with you. There's always somebody sweet and patient on the other end especially on the phone, and I'm not always the easiest customer I'm feeling flustered and overwhelmed you know. And they always stay sweet kind calm and resolve the issue for me. I've had Metro pcs, t-mobile, cricket, AT&T, etc. I'm sticking with Verizon.

Gave my phone number with Verizon to sign-in, yet they Don't Recognize the phone number I just registered with them. Maybe I should go back to Spectrum, way easier to handle my payment.

What an absolutely horrible service for an even worse price. I can't believe how much I pay in order for webpages to load slower than when I had 2g. Edit. $400 dollar bill and webpages don't even try to load. Disgusting.

Disconnection at 8:14am 8/26/26 only happens in apartment and not a consistent issue. Disconnection at 9:25pm 8/27/26. Hopefully update helps with fingerprint disappearing on 8/28/26. Disconnection at 8:20am 8/30/26, Complete disconnection with no bars at 9:59am, 6:57pm, again at 7:16am 8/31/26, your internet sucks and at 5:02pm.

After being a customer for two and a half years, they have the absolute worst customer service, and my bill just shot up $30 because they unenrolled me from the auto-pay for whatever reason, and I don't feel like spending 6 hours on the phone with someone from India that just reads an AI prompt to get it fixed. It takes two billing cycles to get back on the auto-pay and I can't wait to switch to T-Mobile.
