AWESOME, I'm so glad to make advanced payments.👍♥️ Verizon is the best!♥️ I've been with Verizon for many years. I will not change. I can pay partial bill ahead of time. I can pay using two cards if I want to. Or I pay the whole amount. The perks I have I love. My father was a Verizon employee. He climbed the telephone poles many years with those Spike boots. So if you're curious why you see spikes in the telephone poles, that's how the men used to get up them. He's in heaven, love you Dad♥

I have been with Verizon for 7 years and it's been great, but I'm not happy about the app crashing when I'm trying to get the gift card offers for the daily drops. It happend today and I missed on claiming the rewards only because the connection wasn't strong enough. I was already on the page to claim and it froze.

Disconnection at 8:14am 8/26/26 only happens in apartment and not a consistent issue. Disconnection at 9:25pm 8/27/26. Hopefully update helps with fingerprint disappearing on 8/28/26. Disconnection at 8:20am 8/30/26, Complete disconnection with no bars at 9:59am, 6:57pm, again at 7:16am 8/31/26, your internet sucks and at 5:02pm.

Upgrade app now to get on and pay my bill I have to jump through a bunch of steps cause for some reason a password isn't good enough anymore. Very unhappy with this. The there is no reason for this stupidity!!!!! About ready to get a new cell service. Can't pay my bill so why should I keep this service. Fix your app!!!!!!!!!!!!
