AWESOME, I'm so glad to make advanced payments.👍♥️ Verizon is the best!♥️ I've been with Verizon for many years. I will not change. I can pay partial bill ahead of time. I can pay using two cards if I want to. Or I pay the whole amount. The perks I have I love. My father was a Verizon employee. He climbed the telephone poles many years with those Spike boots. So if you're curious why you see spikes in the telephone poles, that's how the men used to get up them. He's in heaven, love you Dad♥

This app is actually terrible. Everything you try to do takes an hour. It feels like it hasn't ever been updated to fix the things that have always been wrong with it for years. Fix your app.

I typically use this app to pay my bill and check activity but recently the update has locked me out of the account. Logging in I had to close the app and start over. Eventually I was unsuccessful paying through the app, which lead to calling customer service and wasting my time. Your development team needs to take a look at the recent update and roll back to the previous code. I have removed the app off my phone and will consider another provider when my annual renewal comes up in Oct.

The experience was terrible and never had more than two bars in the ozarks. On top of that I was paying $80.55 a month for poor reception. Then after I switched services over they locked me out of my Verizon, and I'm not sure how to pay my final bill. You'd think they want that. Their billing department needs work.
