A good friend w a master’s degree came down from Seattle for a while and hope it's much better I was explaining to a Verizon sup an essay for may when ledsly cleared texts without knowing what I had been writing for two weeks this phone is 8 it's old and my tablet is 7yrs old and they both have problems with the devices which are unfixable by a tech for example I'll be tweeting or reading and top half of my screen will fip upside-down and also if you turn your phone upside down to read its in Au

💆‍♀️ Verizon sucks 🙆‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙎‍♀️ other people that post reviews for this app when giving a negative review about troubles or issues they have experienced. Verizon comes back. "Make sure you're using MYCLOUD ☁️. The app that we are reviewing is the app that we're using the. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. If we're going to give a review on a different app than we would be doing that review under that app.

Every time that Verizon cloud gets in my phone, that same annoying option comes up to make me give permission to everything in my phone. You only need to back up for photos and contacts for transfers of phones. That's it! You don't need my personal messages to back up. Please fix it. It's been going on way too long now. I'm ready to purchase a Starlink phone to avoid this nuisance with constant aggravation for storage.
