Would be better if carers had to sign in and out whilst at the visit. Some days a carer is showing as signed in over 12 hours later.

I've changed my pin and password twice, and both times very soon after a splash screen reports the apps 'security has been breached' so I've been told, using my details!?. I don't trust this app with my personal data. Also, half the functions don't work properly, and it only saves the last one and a half days of carers log in detailed reports!

Would be great if the all carers actually updated service provided at time of visit.I have bought this up with the branch. Calls 1st and 2nd excellent with the reports, but the 3rd and 4th calls it seems the carers will not sit on site and do it. Please can you get all staff trained on how to use the app correctly, because I worry more know not knowing if he's had the correct time Evening/bed call.
