It's great to be able to quickly check in to see if all is well with mum after each visit. The carers can request if there is anything mum needs and if there is something more urgent concerning mum they contact us directly. All in all very happy with service and the app is a really positive addition to the care package.

I've changed my pin and password twice, and both times very soon after a splash screen reports the apps 'security has been breached' so I've been told, using my details!?. I don't trust this app with my personal data. Also, half the functions don't work properly, and it only saves the last one and a half days of carers log in detailed reports!

Would be better if carers had to sign in and out whilst at the visit. Some days a carer is showing as signed in over 12 hours later.

The app don't always work does not let us log in and when we logged out it's saying we are still in call
