Therefore you might buy the product more expensive even if you are repurchasing due to a defect. 3) Only offer customer service via email. Not reliable, and attitude is also rude. 4) App crashes a lot unreliable as well. 5) Packaging also poor - some of them don't even come with the brand's dust bag. 6) Is not thorough with quality check when sending the item.
