Changed Review from 5 to 4-stars! The ONLY reason I'm even slightly dissatisfied with this app actually has nothing at all to do with the merchandise or sales. Instead, my only complaint falls on the fortitude of the app's functionality. This particular app is quite literally the only app I have ever had on my current phone that seems to work only about 50% of the time--btw, I have a brand-new Galaxy phone; a top-of-the-line Android. I have never had an issue previously either, so a newer bug?

DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS I ordered a pair of shoes using there sizing chart and when it was delivered turned out too small, I returned the shoes without even trying them on because they were visibly small, they acknowledged receipt, and I have been waiting 2 months for a refund. They then turn around and send me photos of another pair of shoes(2 months later) and tell me that the shoes I sent back are not there's. The photos they sent me were of a completely different pair. SCAMMERS

Late in delivery... unlike what's is mentioned on the item ... order placed on the 3rd of july till date not dispatched ..... after sending a couple of emails same answer It's still within 3-10 day time frame ....

I ordered a Balenciaga sunglasses on Dec 23, 2024 through Cettire apps. No progress since then, even after several follow-ups via emails, still no response from them at all. I was disappointed & decided to cancel my order after waiting till Jan 9, 2025 still no response. I found its kind of cheating as they didn't reply after you placed order, & you may decide to cancel if fed up with their attitude of ignoring our inquiries. Then, they just easily charged me $35 for the cancelation. Bad service!
