I ordered a Balenciaga sunglasses on Dec 23, 2024 through Cettire apps. No progress since then, even after several follow-ups via emails, still no response from them at all. I was disappointed & decided to cancel my order after waiting till Jan 9, 2025 still no response. I found its kind of cheating as they didn't reply after you placed order, & you may decide to cancel if fed up with their attitude of ignoring our inquiries. Then, they just easily charged me $35 for the cancelation. Bad service!

DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS I ordered a pair of shoes using there sizing chart and when it was delivered turned out too small, I returned the shoes without even trying them on because they were visibly small, they acknowledged receipt, and I have been waiting 2 months for a refund. They then turn around and send me photos of another pair of shoes(2 months later) and tell me that the shoes I sent back are not there's. The photos they sent me were of a completely different pair. SCAMMERS

Late in delivery... unlike what's is mentioned on the item ... order placed on the 3rd of july till date not dispatched ..... after sending a couple of emails same answer It's still within 3-10 day time frame ....
