The App is still slow and not intuitive. No direct delivery contact number. Service could improve. Most of their deliverymen are decent but almost always late. Service is useful but fish and fruits are better purchased from local market.

I'm using chal dal since 2018. Now it's just a disaster. There is no fixed delivery time, sometimes they deliver the next day without notification. They can't deliver basic products like rice chicken etc. most of their in stock products don't get delivered because they couldn't "collect" them. I wish there were some other alternatives I can use. They are degrading their service day by day.

Before any major occasion especially eid, they increase the prices of high demand products. At the time of ordering, they might show available stocks of desired products, but after the order confirmation, they acknowledge the unavailability. Additionally, they increase the prices of livestock and other perishable items which are usually almost twice than the local bazaars.

Customer support ke call dile call o jayna. Joghonno worst service ever. Ami parle minus stars diam.
