Very POOR management and service! And very much UNPROFESSIONAL. They kept me waiting more than 2 hours still didn't deliver the food. It was already 11 pm when I called to the Qcoom support they still asked me to wait for the food. Then I told them to cancel the order and refund me the money as I already paid. They said I will get the refund in 3 working days, but it is already been 5 days and now they do not pick my call and saying they are closed for Eid. They are nothing but a FRAUD!!

One of the worst Every time u order food, it will show processing, than after 1 hour it will eventually get cancelled!!!
