How does Chandler Flex work? - Chandler Flex is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. - Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. - Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making on-demand transportation easier than ever before!

Horrible service. Tried booking a ride first thing in the morning, and it tells me there are no rides. Called to book thinking this was an unlucky fluke and same issue. I've only had to use the app because the city is making it residents pay more for unreliable ride-shares instead of just expanding the buses.

This app sucks big time. It's extremely hard to use. Tried to book a ride to Denny's on Chandler Blvd. It's out of the zone. Ok, use the map to find another destination, only a tiny square of a zone shows. So frustrating.

Every time I need to go anywhere in Chandler I have at least a 5-10 minute walk on both ends. They won't just pick you up or drop you off where you are, they really want you to work for your ride. May as well use Uber because this doesn't have much use, especially if I have to walk with heavy items.
