I freaking love this service, everything works, configuration is so easy, it also looks great (both the app, the website and the widget) and it really has all the features most companies need! One suggestion: let us choose multiple languages for each agent (I speak 3 for example but I have to choose only one...)

Hectic, no ringing notification when they're visitors on your website, when they seem you message, you can't get a ringing notification. How can you keep up to date with this tool?

Please improve this app for performance and real time notifications. It shows notification after an hour and also hibernates quickly. Please improve the performance of this app for using internet in background and for not hibernation.
