What happened to the mobile app notification? After the update even if the sound was enabled, but it has no notification sound when I have new chat only vibrate that's why I have so many missed chats

The app is totally broken... We miss all the chats because the notifications don't work. Then when creating a ticket you cannot select the text at all to copy or cut. The keyboard is so buggy. After writing your whole email back, you click on the send button... nothing happens. Everything you wrote can't be sent. The app is full of bugs. It's unusable. On Android that is, no matter which phone we use. Same issues
