App is good but it lacks few things. You cannot send a voice message (there is no option for it in the app). Whenever it is required to send a voice message, you have to open the account using phone browser. Secondly, since you can't send voice message, you try to call the user instead, it always says that the user is using a browser which doesn't support voice calling but when user initiate call from his end it works fone which his browser is good enough.

Dear Zoho Sales IQ Support Team, I am writing to report an issue we are currently experiencing with the Zoho Sales IQ application. There are multiple problems occurring in the Active Chat section: Some customer messages are in the Active Chat list preview but do not display in Active Chat. Chats that have already been closed are repeatedly reappearing in the Active Chat section. We have tried reinstalling, but the issue is still the same.

It's a nice app, I really like it! But I think it would be great if you could add an option to edit messages after sending them. Sometimes we make small typing mistakes or want to correct something, but there’s no way to edit the message right now. It would really help if users could edit their scent messages to fix typos or make changes

The app is experiencing an issue. Whenever we miss a chat, it suddenly starts to drain the battery. It feels like a process is spawned, and it goes in an infinite loop because we are not able to get rid of notification that we missed the chat. We checked our phones battery, and it shows zoho sales iq is eating up all the battery. The phone gets extremely hot. This happens in all the members who have this app on their phones.

Latest update spoiled everything. It's not fixed but damaged by this update. No chat notifications, can't pick up a chat, loading endlessly and totally troublesome now. Can anything done for this reviewer?
