Doesn't work. Tested the function while a friend was on a call a with me. He started a chat while I was in the desktop app. No notifications via the desktop app and the mobile app. Tried to get help... Chat button for help doesn't work either. Sent email to support...no response. Clicked the feedback option in the mobile app...says it's not supported. Very disappointed with Pure Chat

Crashes all the time and usually doesn't let you go to any page other than the live chat. Crashes when you try to go to visitors, transcripts etc. Not a new problem.
