So tell I'm pretty sure if I did use the apis integration with this text messaging service and a couple other of the supported apps already like I just hate me feeding my inaudible wealth and giving me giving big complex and yet just the right of elegance time set of a pigeon blood-red 32carrat rock I thought was methylated blood. Updated: I was having some serious issues with getting notifications on android, I raised a ticket, Jeffrey was amazing, he liaised with his team & sorted this issue out, this is fully functional now, works brilliantly. Great support from Jeffrey kept me in the loop all the way through. Really helps with sales etc. this app, a must-have

Good at giving notifications, however the biggest bug is when 2 or more agents are logged in at the same time, which agent gets the chat is not explicitly mentioned I.e. chat allocation is not up to the mark. Please rectify this!

Support is pretty useless keeps saying wrong login when clearly it's not, change password you never get the email TOTAL MESS looking for alternative so fed up with zendesk ow

These apps no longer support any incoming chat. Whenever I log in it shows no incoming or update the latest interface rather in the history section it only shows chat one years ago. Waste of time
