Great addition to the Formilla service Yes, this is a premium app - of course. You wouldn't assume that Netflix service would be free if you download the Netflix app, would you? I love the Formilla service, it's really helped me extend my customer service footprint, now the app lets us remain connected to customers without being tied to a computer. Great app. Great service. I'm using the Samsung Note 3. Suggested upgrade: persistent status icon when logged in, and ability to log in our out from the notification bar.

Bad bad bad Always getting check your connection error when I using this app.I am using all apps easily but ur app giving me always error for internet... please solve this problem

This app lags a lot. I have been using this since june, I find it ok. Whenever I logged in it smtimes shows 0 user however if we see around 300+ users r active on site. Whenever multitasking it just moves to offline mode, smtyn it shows no internet connection when I hv full net connection. Seriously you guys need improvement. It is not great app and there are chances I miss out customer inquiries.
