Did not work at McDonald's Madder, asked for kyc completion! Charging is a retail service, why kyc? Then used the static app which worked. No use of throwing error to customer, first charging shud be allowed and kyc for wallet can be taken up in the background.

Great Chargers. However, my complaint is for this app. It is very difficult to find the right GUN in the app. Every time I faced challenges due to activating wrong gun while plugging in other gun. Also, there seems like capping on number of OTPs you can request per day. If you end up getting many OTPs during troubleshooting, you will be blocked adding one more layer to fix. App UI is very confusing. Thankfully these chargers can be used and paid using other apps like Static as well.

Just surprise thing - we accept something new but after install the worst app totally copy app of electrify. Including e charge, or other app published by techperspect- Nice try mahindra perfect in copy first mahindra copy ev cars now start copy other apps

Worst ever charging App You will die putting OTPs. Every time shows pending payment in last charging, cuts 1 rupee and puts back Are we playing a game or what? Only card can be used to Top up the wallet why not UPI? It is externally operated by razor pe which l never seen in any other app. Only a pagal sanky can create such apps. Weasting the time of people.
