People who rate low have clearly not returned it or have stupid expectations. It's great. Cost me 2 quid to charge for 50 mins and my phone got to 40% even thought I was using it all the time. Bosh. Easy

Does what it says. No issue. Downloaded the app, activated location settings, paid for rental, got rental. When I decided it was time to stop I put the battery back in the port a voice announcement told me exactly how much I'd used, which matched the apps meter. 5 seconds later max I got a notification to tell me the rent was terminated, and then I was sent a receipt of my usage including all costs. Will use again.

A full scam. I returned the rented power bank. Heard the click sound, the station also said power bank successfully returned, but the rental timer is still ongoing. I contacted support via the app to look this but without responding to my query they closed the chat and mentioned to reach them via email. The rental timer is still ongoing even though it's been more than an hour power bank has already been returned. I emailed them and haven't gotten any response. It's a way to scam people.

Returned the power bank before one hour has expired. The return is not easy had to force it. It charged me for two hours although used for 1 hour.

Broad day robbery, was given an empty power bank and charged. My phone didn't charge at all wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very, very disappointed 😞

Not very good It didn't charge it actually went down instead of up which beats the point of paying to use a power bank if it just makes the battery go down instead of up so not worth the money to hire it cost £9 to hire rip off for no charge
