Never have issues with the charger but hopefully can increase the highway charger at least to 80kw to make it more desirable especially at Mac hap R&R & Dengkil R&R since no other CPO available.

Very responsive staff. ChargEV have trial phase in the app, so do take note. Zone E have stations too. Hold on to the plug when plugging in and starting might work.

I stuck at the charging station for about an hour to register a new account, adding credit card and wait for the verification code. My Singapore credit card doesn't work at all, and the customer service was really bad.

Been continuous go to 3 places like the curve.sunway giza.and 3 mansard.and each of the place charger is spoiled.simply the worst service.and yet charging membership fee while don't let u use the service.

Why is the pre-authorization charge non-refundable? $1 but still it's like stealing from us just for trying to add credit card. I do understand the procedure to ensure card is working but like many others merchant the pre-authorization is refundable. Why is chargeEV making it non-refundable?

Why is the app forcing me to add a credit card when I have ChargEV wallet credit? The app should allow to choose which is the preferred payment method.
