Great app, and love collecting points, receiving specials and seeing new products. Three things that would make it better. 1 - make it fewer clicks to scan the card at POS! Having to open the app, go to account, then click scan card is ludicrously long. 2 - I got given a gift card but nowhere to load it in the app. Had to keep going back into my email to find it. 3. Make it possible to see the $ value of the points, so I know I can spend it!

Chai time app works well most of the time when connected to the internet, but occasionally, it won't always load in time for me to scan it at an actual location. My way to work around it is just to take a screenshot of the barcode when it does work. Could just be me, though. XD

18.0 Update is busted already! You can't redeem your Chatime points via Phone order. Why bother if you can't do that?

The app does not allow me to input my mobile number. I haven't been able to use the app in months to order drinks. Already installed and uninstalled the app numerous times.
