I read a lot of negative reviews, and I was hesitant to sign up, but it was fast and easy. I already have points accumulated now in my first purchase. Just don't put in a member number in the form as the old cards don't work. You have to skip that section. Add the card to your Google Wallet which makes it a lot easier to access. Hope this helps.

Stupid app doesn't work, FIX IT. For years now all I get is Captcha error when trying to log in even tho I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling app and changing password

Absolutely horrendous, password reset doesn't work. The birthday email barcode isn't accepted over the counter. They said to use the app, but I can't even log in. Each time password reset I can't even log in with the new password.

Awful. Slow app, crashed and lost order, and when trying to redeem the sign-up churros it said my order wasn't compatible with the cart: order was $21, supposed to be able to redeem in same transaction as order over $5.
