I've had this doorbell for well over a year, and it's been an excellent purchase. Easy to set up and install. Because I rent I would have appreciated an option that didn't have screws. The app is very user-friendly and the customer service is EXCELLENT. Any time I've had issues, which honestly has been maybe 3x total, the customer service has been genuinely helpful, patient, and effective. The battery lasts about 2–3 months, depending on how sensitive I make it & it charges quickly. Love it!

Impressive features, easy installation. The app guides step-by-step the user-friendly setup process and within minutes the camera is ready to use. After a few days I’m very satisfied with the Indoor Cam P1 resolution, clarity and performance. Great quality camera and a good compliment to my two doorbell cameras and a solar security outdoor wireless camera.

Please, revise the update to revert to the old scroll wheel for viewing events. It is extremely difficult to view events or possibly what happened just before the camera started recording. Thank you. Otherwise, the update looks good and seems faster to load than before.

What have you done?!! The app used to be easy to navigate with simple, clear playback and download of video and now, since the new, automatic update, I'm finding it very difficult to do anything at all.

This app used to be great, but the most recent update broke that. The timeline used to be a themed blue bar with darker blue markers to indicate motion within the frame or passing by the frame. It was somewhat easy to zoom in and find specific activity even if it wasn't detected by the camera. The new timeline is a few pictures stacked to bottom by default, and then when you try to look at "24/7 playback" (the actual timeline), the just put a few pictures, smaller, across the bottom. HORRENDOUS!

This update UI is WA YYY WORSE than the previous. It takes forever to load and sometimes just doesn't. It's also very difficult to save events now and choose what exactly I want to save. Can I go back to the old user interface?
