I use this app for chat only when I'm watching since I watch stream cast to my TV. Gotta say, pretty great overall. Love being able to easily switch between chats of different streamers without missing old messages.

Overall a great app. It's easy to type emotes and see what emotes other people are using in chat. I do however wish I could reorder the chat servers, so I don't have to scroll all the way to the end all the time. Mod actions like Chattering would also be awesome, so I can see emotes and moderate on mobile.

I really liked the app, but unfortunately I am still seeing ads even though I have twitch turbo on my account. When using the app in the past I did not experience ads when subscribed to a channel and am I wondering if this is just a twitch turbo issue or an issue with my account. Edit. I am subbed to channel and have turbo but still see ads using your app...

The app worked great until it asked me to relog again. In the past, I would and that's it. I would be back in my account like nothing had happened. However, now every time I try to relog twitch will just say "something went wrong." But when I try to log in from the normal twitch app there's never an issue, so clearly something wrong with this app. Whatever the case o can't log in anymore!

The day has come it seems where chasten no longer works. As of somewhere around mid-june 2026 the message history service ceased functioning for me and multiple other people I asked in varying offline chats. It seems this project hasn't been updated in 2 years (since 2024), so I recommend people to use dank chat until chasten gets an update.

Last update making the user list bad, missing broadcaster username. And it combines normal user/vip/bot/mod, on one list. Username the list even worse, it not sorts by name or anything its random.
