For IRL monitoring I think it's one of the best. Has built in TTS that filters out bot messages but only officially tagged bots. I wish it also had a user white/blacklist for TTS.

Why is the world does this app need so many permissions to my channel? Absolutely not going to authorize this. Could be a good program, but you're effectively giving the devs the ability to run commercials, view lists, moderate messages, etc.
