Chatty AI

Chatty puts your Shopify store's live chat inbox in your pocket. Answer customers, close sales, and let AI handle the rest from wherever you are.

Chatty is the AI sales and support assistant for Shopify merchants. The mobile app connects to your Chatty workspace, so you and your team can manage every conversation on the go without staying glued to a desktop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Live chat inbox. See every customer conversation in one place, in real time.
• AI that replies for you. Let Chatty's AI agent answer common questions and keep customers engaged around the clock, then step in whenever you're needed.
• Instant push notifications. Get alerted the moment a new message arrives, so no customer is left waiting.
• Know your customer. View each shopper's profile, order history, total spent, and tags right inside the chat.
• Quick reply shortcuts. Send saved responses in a tap and reply faster.
• Recommend products and share discounts. Turn support conversations into sales.
• Send photos and files. Share images with customers straight from your phone.
• Assign conversations. Route chats to the right teammate.
• Away mode. Set yourself away when you're offline, so expectations stay clear.
• Switch between stores. Manage multiple Shopify stores from one app.
