This is, hands down, the worst app I have ever encountered. It wants you to give full passport and biometric data, face scan, and make you create at least three different usernames and PINs that go into the either. The main point of the card is to act like a t money, but the top-up feature fails during payment. This app was my first impression in Korea, and it was a horrible one.

Fees fees fees. Also they randomly suspended my card when I accidentally tried to pay with it when the amount on it wasn't quite enough, and of course the verification process doesn't work since it fails to verify my passport, but they were sure happy to take all the money I had topped the card up with. Complete scam

Not user-friendly at all. App load very slowly. The transportation portion and the spending portion is separate, making it quite troublesome having to transfer money here n there. Also, the app doesn't seem to work for my two teenage daughters when I attempt to help them top up the transit portion. Money still works best n is easiest.
