Worst app ever, first time in Korea, and it's been a hassle. I've lost 8,000 wones (card and 5,000 balance) trying to top up the transportation option. It was debited but never showed up on the app.

This is, hands down, the worst app I have ever encountered. It wants you to give full passport and biometric data, face scan, and make you create at least three different usernames and PINs that go into the either. The main point of the card is to act like a t money, but the top-up feature fails during payment. This app was my first impression in Korea, and it was a horrible one.
