Absolutely terrible app. I tried renting a scooter but it didn'tteven start. Did everything it said on the app to wear the helmet, remove the stand, press the brake and start the scooter but nothing. Battery was over 90%, but nothing. Still they created an invoice. Now when I try to challenge it, the app is stuck in a continuously loop. I even had 2x10 minutes voucher, but there was no option to use it, and they're just charging me. Absolutely useless.

This app is not only slow, but also incredibly bad optimized. I had not one, but several problems ending the ride because I "wasn't in the service area" even thought I parked the scooter right next to other check scooters. I had to move at least 3 times - even when I saw on the map that I was clearly within the parking range - before it allowed me to end the ride. When I took this with the support team they told me that tall buildings can affect the GPS signal and refused to give compensation.

The worst scooter sharing experience: -Helmets always missing and smelling terrible -Hair caps always missing -App frequently allows to unlock but blocks re-locking due to wrong zone if you have problems -Check only refunds minutes but not your money back in case of issues -Absurdly expensive for casuals -No phone number for support Avoid this service unless you want to throw your money away.

I've tried all the moped sharing apps, definitely one of the worst. Delft parking wasn't an option after riding, but it was when picking up, so I ended up paying 20e and 50 minutes riding and ofc the support never responded. Unsubscribed
