No English!! The app is good I have been using it for 3 years, but I'm suffering with it, as it has no English or any another language even though you have English customer service in the call center, but no English in the app ... every time I want to make a contract or use the app I have to take screenshots and use Google Translate which is not so easy and not so nice... do you understand how many offers did I and other users miss only because we don't understand your advertisements 🤷🏻♂️

They didn't cancel my old gas contract even though I selected that I wanted to change providers. Then I wanted them to fix it, but they simply responded that they need more documents from me. Documents that I cannot get because they never send them to me. If they make a mistake the least they can do is fix it. - also really annoying if you want to see your contract on the native app because they register your account with a new email that you don't have access to. Terrible customer service.

⭐ 1/5 – Great service, but not accessible for non-German speakers I've been living in Germany for a few years now, and like millions of other people here, I didn't grow up speaking German. Finding a platform like Check24 should make life easier — comparing insurance, electricity, internet, flights, and more. And in many ways, the service itself is solid and the offers are good. But there's one major problem: the entire app and website are only available in German. There is no English version,

Check24 App is too slow. Before, when inquiring it just takes seconds to load up all the suggestions and answers. Now, it takes forever to load. And just automatically filter the result. And not showing all the result.
