I don't really use the app for to do things. I use it to keep track of what dvds I bought for my collection, so I don't buy duplicates. It has a nice feature to alphabetize, and I can put notes, so I know if something was bad with the order. Really good checklist for me. 10/10 don't change a thing.

Using this app for a few months now. Took me weeks to get into the hang of it, but I now find it brilliant. Can make any sort of list from templates. It's very simple once you get used to it. You can add due dates and reminders. It's very easy to share lists and if you regularly hit the refresh button then it syncs really reliably over a number of devices. It's very good for making quick lists of points that you wish to relay to people and the whole list can be sent via WhatsApp etc

Instead of my old feedback-to-the-developer review, I'm leaving a review that's helpful to you potential users that have t tried this one yet. I know how long it takes to find the perfect checklist app. Even though this one has very low reviews, there are certain features in this app, nay, aspects of this app's design, that make it a clear winner for me, and I have kept coming back to it year after year whenever I get clarity. It's definitely a winner already for some purposes. 🤩

2* for now. I have been using the OLD version of the app for 4–5 years. I was very happy with it. Last week there was an automatic update (not updated by me; current version v300-300) and the interface changed but also all my task lists are gone. I cannot remember if I chose the cloud back-up 4-5 years ago when I set up first time my account but trying to sync now with the cloud while having the new version, it does not import/sync any list. How could I recover my old lists?

This was once the best checklist app. Now it is so confusing to create subsists, and the interface is very NOT user-friendly.

I used to love this app. I mostly use it for packing for trips. This worked really well with the subtasks. I would have a task that was each person in the household, then under each of those a task that was each bag, then yet another level of what goes in each of those. There was no limit (at least that I found) to the subtasks. But they changed the layout, so now you can't hide the subtasks. Everything is just one long list with subtasks indented. I hate it. Looking into getting a different app
