Cheshbon Hanefesh

Cheshbon Hanefesh — "an accounting of the soul" — is a quiet, beautiful space for daily self-reflection rooted in the Jewish Mussar tradition.

Each day, take a few moments to look inward. Track the character traits (middot) you're working on, rate how you did, and write down what you learned. Over time, you build an honest, private record of your own growth.

FEATURES

- Journal — Write freely at the end of each day. Your thoughts, gratitude, and reflections, kept close.

- Hisbodedus timer — A calm, guided space for secluded personal prayer and meditation, with a peaceful completion screen to end your session in stillness.

- Insightful stats — See your streaks, completion rate, and progress over time with a clean, encouraging view of your journey — including a contribution heatmap that shows your consistency at a glance.
