Our chess engine adapts to you. Level 1 is perfect for beginners learning how to play chess; Level 10 thinks deep and punishes every mistake. Pick White, Black or a random side and start your chess game in seconds.

♞ 2 PLAYER CHESS – PLAY WITH A FRIEND
Play chess with friends and family on one phone or tablet. A coin toss decides who plays White, then it is Player 1 vs Player 2 with a chess clock for each side. Ideal for quick local multiplayer chess matches.

♜ TWO CHESS MODES
• Classic Match – traditional chess, one sudden-death game. Checkmate, resignation or stalemate decides the winner.
• Points Battle (NEW) – a fresh twist on classic chess! Earn points for every capture (pawn 10, knight and bishop 30, rook 50, queen 90), check (15), castling (25), queen promotion (80) and brilliant move (100). Checkmate scores 500! Choose a goal of 250, 500 or 1000 points – the first player to reach it wins the series instantly.

♝ POWER-UPS (NEW)
Get help in your games against the AI with four smart power-ups:
• Undo – take back your last move and try a better one.
• Hint – the full-strength chess engine finds a strong move and plays it for you.
• Freeze – stop your chess clock for 45 seconds to think in peace.
• Queen Shield – the AI cannot capture your queen on its next move.

⏱ CHESS CLOCK & TIMER
Every game uses a 10-minute chess clock per side plus a total game timer. Run out of time and you lose – unless your opponent cannot possibly checkmate, then it is a draw, just like official rules.

♟ ALL OFFICIAL CHESS RULES
Castling, en passant, pawn promotion (Queen, Rook, Bishop or Knight), check, checkmate and stalemate. Draws by threefold repetition, the fifty-move rule and insufficient material are detected automatically.
