This is the trial version of Chess PGN Master, a learning and study tool for chess amateurs and professionals alike. In order to improve in chess, apart from playing lots of games, it is essential to

Very good app. The only thing I miss is randomizing the order of the games in the PGN file, i.e., making the app not choose the next game in sequence, but a random one. I use it mostly as a tactics' trainer in guess the move mode, I also use thematic and easy tactics to increase the chance of seeing tactics in game — a type of training that would have been optimized if the tactics had been entered randomly. I also like that it can accept sublines written into the PGN file. Thanks

Works pretty well, but I don't understand some chunkiness. Why does it need an edit and view mode? I want to be able to run analysis and put different moves in easier. As it is, I have to change the mode, turn on the engine and input the moves by hand. Also, I can't seem to run analysis on more than one move.

Garbles commentary. I downloaded and paid Chess PGN master because of random crashes with Chess base on Android. With Chess base 17, I created a PGN of 10,862 games with the ECO filter A57-A59 (The Bento gambit). This included Chess base commentary symbols, specifically the symbols for queen side and counterplay. I uploaded this PGN to Google drive. Both Chess base Android and Chess PGN master opened this large PGN correctly but Chess PGN master garbles the commentary symbols.

Very useful app and probably best yo keep chess notes in form of annotated PGN. Support team is also nice, one can mail gherald at any time and within 1–2 days issues are resolved. If someone feels issues with app, or with its features make sure to reach gherald through his email ID or go through the user manual. This app is surely the GOAT 🐐 of chess analysis apps.

Can't you add text to speech setting? This is very good app overall, but now I rather download the chess training apk from chrome, that has text to speech setting, it's boring to read all the time🫤. yeah I agree I have selected to speak setting, but it doesn't pronounce The moves correctly we need in-built text to speech setting like the chess training app, then it would be the best pgn reader

Search position is not working. For any position the same game is the result. Any option there to overcome this? Otherwise, this option is useless.

I appreciate the work done, but I just can't find a way to change to a new game without killing the app and starting again...no menu options, nothing. Why something so simple and needed is not there? If I want to start a new game, the only way is killing the app? Really?
