Chewy has terrible customer service for people with special needs. In order to return a purchase they force you to call and speak to someone, even though they give you chat as an option. The chat was just them telling me "for your security, we need you to call and verify some information." No, thank you. My dogs destroyed their "tough" toys in 5 minutes. Chewy also recommended products for female dogs when I was specifically searching for male dog diapers. Thanks for not reading my review Chewy.

I like the autos hip from Chewy, it makes it easy to get my prescriptions in on time, and I don't have to think about checking to reorder. However, this app is awful. I can barely scroll through it without it freezing. More times than not looking at my cart or trying to add something to my cart the app fully freezes and when it is able to be used there is an error. Not sure what has happened within the last few months of this app, but it needs to be fixed.

They have stopped carrying Marshall premium ferret Food & products. It is a real disappointment, as my pets refuse to eat all the other brands of food, but chow down on the Marshall. My little guy, requires Uncle Jims duk soup, a Marshall product. There is no substitute or anything close to that. It is completely unacceptable that they refuse to supply our demand, we need this product. Chew doesn't care. I will not be using them, to feel my animals.
