Decided to cancel membership, because autos hip never arrives on time, and I end having to go the store anyway. A few days after canceling everything they charged me 80 dollars for a one-year membership which means I have to wait 3-5 business days to get money that could be feeding my animals right now.

Online vet appointment wouldn't connect I love chewy but the app needs work for the vet appointments really needed eye drops but the email link to get in the online waiting room to see the vet would just crash the app.it is 5 stars of wasn't for this issue

This app constantly freezes when I try to manage auto ship. Since the browser version immediately redirects into the app, I am unable to do anything on my Chewy auto ship from my phone.

They have stopped carrying Marshall premium ferret Food & products. It is a real disappointment, as my pets refuse to eat all the other brands of food, but chow down on the Marshall. My little guy, requires Uncle Jims duk soup, a Marshall product. There is no substitute or anything close to that. It is completely unacceptable that they refuse to supply our demand, we need this product. Chew doesn't care. I will not be using them, to feel my animals.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order and the subsequent customer service experience. A package I ordered from Chewy did not arrive, and while a replacement was sent, the items included were not suitable for my dogs. I attempted to submit a review for these products, but I was informed by a representative named Julie that I was blocked from doing so because a replacement product had been issued. I was also advised that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours.
