The website has so much verbiage all over it! It's ery difficult to see where you are on any given page! There are numerous questions regarding "have you forgotten anything?"..."don't forget this or that". You can't simply ORDER products and pay for it. If for some reason I DID forget something, can't I order another time? If someone can't remember they need to order something....why is it your job to make us 'dizzy' with all the questions and the many screens, etc.? You waste so much of our time!

The last order showed a good date but really smelled old my cat always loves 9 lives but would not eat it waste money he would smell how bad and walk away, and I could smell it to it was not fresh if I get any more like that I will send back even me being disabled and very hard for me to return, and then I will not oder from you again that's not the only time that has happened

"No System Override" is what they told me after they canceled my order due to me being in the Spokane area near the wildfires. They said my address "is not accessible" when I have had multiple deliveries from other compa it's for rhe last two weeks, my address is not even in a level 1 evacuation zone and the fires closest to me are both over 90% contained. But because their system has had reports that the fires are not contained all orders to my zip code will be canceled until... who knows!!!!
