I often find their prices are a bit cheaper than the normal stores and online shops, but it still is worthwhile comparing prices for things. I find the bulk buy for dog treats is good value. My dogs favorite treats are vita pet chicken musli bars, the double pack buy consistently works out cheaper than any other places per 100gms. The warehouse seems to be in QLD, so ordering from Sydney takes a bit longer to receive the orders than the big pet store companies, maybe 5–7 days.

Love budget pet products, but the app is terrible. White screen of death and completely unusable.

I've been a Budget Pet Products customer for years and was happy using the app, but it hasn't worked for months now. Every time I open the app I just get a blank screen with the Budget logo at the bottom. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times to no avail. So I've now uninstalled it permanently until I hear from Budget to say they've fixed it.
