The shop's app works fast, easy, and I left feeling like I made a good deal. The filtering system for the products works great. The shopping cart is quick to correct each change you make to it. I appreciate the benefits like free delivery and the choice for which kind of discount you want to use. There is a 5% premium membership that is offered (the immediate benefit to the current order is shown, which is great) and is yearly. The Zooplus Company has a fantastic business sense.

Wrong delivery day paid extra to have my delivery on a Saturday, when is it coming, yes you've guessed it, Thursday. Never had a problem with VRI deliveries, never had a good delivery off DHL. Contacted Zooplus and was told here's the DHL number, sort it out yourself and no refund for the extra I paid to have it delivered on a specific date. Won't buy off this company again, Pets at home for me from now on. Thanks for the reply, HOWEVER, how about your customer service contacting me

The prices are always higher than the website, it doesn't show or accept my coupons, maybe I'm doing something wrong but not happy with the app.

I have been struggling with orders, as they don't put my full address on the package. My full address is on the profile, and even if I reported the problem with special tickets, they still write an incomplete address, leading to 3–5 days delays in delivery and me doing Sherlock work to find where my package is. They did nothing to correct it and the food sits in hot weather conditions in delivery trucks. I haven't seen so much incompetence from a company.

Initially it was great, but there have been issues increasing every time I order. Missing items, missing entire orders etc. The latest issue is the order hasn't even been delivered despite choosing next day delivery. Zooplus don't know where it is and told me (the customer) to chase up rhe delivery partner. Today asking for a refund has been met with radio silence. I'll try not shopping with them from now on.
