Worst company ever, they are thieves they took my money and never gave it back I placed an order with a tv unit which was cancelled from my end, and they confirmed that they won't ship the order but will ship the shoe rack that I order with the tv unit, shoe rack came different from the one in their website and the tv unit never arrived, and I was never refunded I kept calling the poor customer service, and they never helped with anything they're a bunch of thieves and liars, don't buy through them

Finally, my issue is sorted..... Warning!!! NOT reliable in delivery timings... Very unprofessional customer service. Not all products are the same as the pictures. I bought a bed and a cupboard, different suppliers, but both are under chic homz name. The quality of the bed is good so far. However, the cupboard is very low quality and doesn't match the picture. When I complained no one got back to me...
