Chick Cross - Trace Cross

Tap once. You move forward. Tap again. You move forward again. Sounds easy, right?

Here's the catch: every single step in Trace Cross is a coin flip. Keep going and your reward climbs with you. Keep going too long and you lose everything in an instant. There's no warning, no slow countdown — just you, your nerve, and the next tap.

That's really the whole game. Push your luck or walk away with what you've banked. Most players say they'll cash out early "next time." They rarely do.

Pick a character before you start — there's a whole growing roster of them, each with its own personality and, weirdly, its own luck. Ask any regular player and they'll swear by one specific character being theirs. Unlock more as you climb and keep playing.

It's not just tap-and-pray, either. Shields can save you from a bad step. Lucky charms stack the odds back in your favor. Multipliers snowball your winnings the longer you hold your nerve. Random events flip the whole run upside down just to keep you honest. New mechanics show up often enough that even people who've played for months still get surprised.

No tutorial walls. No fifteen-button control scheme. One thumb, one tap, one decision repeated until you either win big or lose it all. That's it, and somehow that's enough to make ten minutes disappear without you noticing.

People come back to Trace Cross for the same reason they remember their best near-miss for days afterward: the tension never actually goes away. It's quick enough for a five-minute break and intense enough that you'll be thinking about your last run on the walk home.

So — one more step, or cash out now? Find out what kind of player you really are. Trace Cross is waiting.
