Great when it works, however, Wi-Fi is crazy spotty with the unit. Pixel 7 pro gets 48 dBm on 2.4 ghz and the unit, but it cannot connect to Wi-Fi unless I unplug it completely ruining the app experience. Unless they fixed the hardware on all new units I'd pass on this product. Edit: Contacted support sent new unit with zero hassle new unit is so far performing flawlessly with small quality life improvements on the unit vs the initial batch.

What happened to the functionality? I miss the sleep me app, so much better than the chili pad app. Fortunately my device and schedules are functioning, but I don't like the app changes. Restore the app features and it's 5 stars.

This app is great. Does as advertised, easy to make custom sleep schedules and enable/disable at will. Since everybody else uses the app store as a place to review this product, I'll say it's fantastic. My wife and I get the best sleep of our lives and sleeping without it has become difficult. This is a fancy piece of tech, with pumps and water and CPUs and Wi-Fi chips. If you doesn't maintain the device properly, or connect it correctly, don't buy it and be upset when it fails

The device is amazing when it works. Unfortunately, that is infrequent at best. No matter what temperature it is set to, after a few hours, the unit will either turn off or reset the temperature to 78°. All sleep programs are disabled, the water level is fine, and Wi-Fi is connected. You have to manually reset the temperature to what you want after the unit wakes you by turning off or heating up. It is a great concept with terrible implementation.

Connectivity with the unit is spotty at best. I adjust it manually more often than the app works. The Cooler we replaced with the Dock Pro had Bluetooth and was much more reliable.
