Schedules Don't Load. The app just continues to try and load schedules and spins into eternity. The app used to be 5-star, but now it's a 1 since I cannot view or even edit my schedules. This issue been fixed but now my Ooler is permanently on deep clean on the app, asks me to "stop" the deep clean, but I cannot "start" it.

I absolutely love the pad itself. It makes a huge difference in sleep since I no longer constantly toss off the covers in hot flash induced sweat attacks. The app needs some work, however. Scheduling doesn't always turn on as it should. Overall it has greatly improved the quality of my sleep and I miss it when I have to travel for work.

Ooler has been working smoothly for a few months after I got a better phone. INCREASE TO 5 STARS However, both my Ooler app (Android) and my wife's (iPhone) have recently stopped obeying the schedules. DOWN TO 4 STARS

The product is fantastic, amazing, a total game changer....so to have the app ruin the experience is that much more disappointing. Worked fine for a while, then out of nowhere I'm roasting like a pig in the middle of the night. All my schedules are gone, and I can't save new ones. Some little gremlin now controls the device and randomly runs it when they please at any temperature but the one I want. 2pm on a summer Sunday? 110° why not

The schedule still doesn't work most of the time, and I've had an ooler since kickstarter. Surely it could have been fixed by now. This app is always so frustrating and useless it really takes away from an excellent product otherwise.
