Should be zero-star bec not able to even login. After entering email, password and OTP, goes back to login page. I cleared cache, uninstall, reinstall, still the same. I can log in on the website but not this app. What's happening??!!

Absolutely useless app. Throws random errors, not possible to check in for a flight. I'm shocked that such a huge company cannot afford a nice working app and provide a smooth user experience.

So not user-friendly like Singapore Airlines app. Why do we need to manually plug in our flights and manually claim the miles points? Why so troublesome? Why can't it be automatically displayed all the flights' info in the app without us having to manually key in? What's the point of having this app anyway? Improve it. I flied several times with these airlines yet my miles point is zero?!!!! Why??!!!! Fix it!
