The airline and cabin crew are very good, but the airport staff could improve their customer service and assist people with accessibility issues. Additionally, they could be more creative with food options. I do live how quick the journey is and appreciate the professionalism of cabin crew.

I was just shocked to experience such poor behavior from all the staffs and crews. Honestly speaking some top bus operators in BD provide better customer friendly services than you. I was in 28th may's flight to chennai(BS-205). From the check-in counter to the end of the flight;the staffs and crews seemed quite arrogant and harsh.
